I purchased this product in March 2010. Used 5 times, and broke. Power IC is fried. I brought in a service center and waited two months for the part. She complained to Panasonic and they told me that the part was backordered. Threatened to return the product and they told me they could enter the service center in 7-10 days. Was not just complaining again and wanted to return the product and customer service was terrible. They said that if the drive is repairable, I just have to wait for the part. I spent a good amount of money for inferior product, and even worse customer service. Save the headache and buy another brand.
